Our CashFlowSaver program can SAVE YOU MONEY, help your cash flow and reduce your upfront cost. Take advantage of the economies of scale by ordering more cards than you might immediately need. How can that work for you? Take a look at these two examples:

Example #1 – Your firm will be exhibiting at five trade shows in the next 18 months and you’ve decided to give a 30-minute custom promotional phone card to select visitors at your booth. You estimate that you will need 886 phone cards for each show for a total of 5,316 phone cards.

If you ordered separately for each show, your cards would cost $3.60 each. However, if you ordered all 5,316 cards at one time the cost would drop to $1.62 each (volume price break at 5,000). That’s a 55% savings.

You would not have to pay for your cards until we activate them for calling for each show. The visitors who receive their phone cards at the last show will enjoy the same extensive expiration period as the visitors at the first show.

Another example:

Example #2: You have decided to give new clients a 60-minute custom phone card, enclosed with your welcome letter. In a three-month period you receive about 279 new clients. The price for cards at this quantity is $4.95 each.

You would also like to have a supply of 60-minute phone cards to give as a “thank you” for people who refer new clients. This amounts to about 349 cards per quarter, for a cost of $4.95 each. If you combine both uses for your custom phone cards, you will need approximately 2,512 phone cards per year.

So, instead of paying $4.95 as described above, you would only pay $2.72 each (savings of 45%). Many of our clients are taking advantage of these savings.

How are we able to do this? It’s simple - we would print all of your custom phone cards at once and ship them to you. The cards would not be activated upon delivery. At your request, we would activate the cards in smaller batches and you would only pay for them upon activation. By doing this, we can take advantage of the economies of scale and pass the savings along to you.

A printing deposit is required before production of your custom phone cards begins, which would be pro-rated to your account upon activation of each batch. For instance: in the case of Example 1 above, the deposit would be $0.36 per card x 5,316 = $1,913.76. Upon activation of each batch of 1,329 cards, a credit of $0.36 per card or $478.44 per batch would be applied to the invoice.
