Collett Propane had a survey program, offering a 50-minute custom phone card as an incentive to complete a survey. Using the slogan, "Give us 5 minutes of your time and we'll give you 50 free minutes of calling time." A 50-minute card was chosen in celebration of Collett Propane's 50th anniversary. The program was extremely successful, providing the client with a response rate to the survey of over 24%. Shortly after completion of the first survey program, Collett awarded Ad Ventures the contract to organize a second survey. This time a 60-minute phone card was the consumer incentive and the survey focused on service related issues. The response rate is 19% so far, with surveys still being received!
