Partners In Charity (www.partnersincharity.org) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide down payment grants to those who wish to buy a home. Partners In Charity has been instrumental in providing thousands of down payment grants to people who desire to achieve the American dream of home ownership. Lenders historically require down payments in order for a client to buy a home. This requirement propelled many into the endless cycle of renting. Partners In Charity bridges this gap to home-ownership by providing the needed down payment in the form of a grant to the borrower.
