Hardison & Leone was formed by Kenneth L. Hardison and Elizabeth A. Leone with the belief that a new type of law firm was needed in today's day and age. Ken and Beth's vision centers on providing outstanding results gained from an experienced team of professionals with personal attention to the client and uncompromising integrity. More than just words, every attorney, paralegal, and staff member at Hardison & Leone is dedicated to meeting the needs of the client.

The firm's focus on experience, integrity, and personal attention has proved successful. From the original office located in Dunn, North Carolina (some 35 miles east of Raleigh), the company has grown to add offices in Raleigh, Fayetteville, Southern Pines, Durham, Greensboro & Charlotte and a satellite office in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Early on in the practice, the decision was made for Hardison & Leone (www.hardisonandleone.com) to concentrate all of its work on cases involving injury law. This focus has allowed the attorneys and staff at the firm to gain considerable expertise in  personal injury, worker's compensation, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, mass torts, nursing home negligence, social security, investor fraud and prescription drug cases.

Ken L. Hardison, known as the "people's lawyer," is the Senior Partner of the firm. Over the past 30 years, Ken has developed Hardison & Leone into a highly respected practice. Beth Leone, also a Partner, heads up the firm's personal injury division including auto and all catastrophic injuries. Both Ken and Beth share in managing the firm's day to day operations and enjoy outstanding reputations within the legal community, and they are featured speakers at various seminars dealing with legal and law office management issues.

Hardison and Leone recently opened a Hispanic Division with which to better serve the Spanish speaking clients.  In the course of developing this division they came to realize the special circumstances that many of their clients faced with regards to having the majority of their family members located in other countries or in other states.  The firm prides itself on client service and they really try to assist their clients above and beyond handling their cases. They realized that the phone cards would truly be a beneficial item for these clients (instead of giving a pen or keychain when they went out to sign them up).  The clients are very appreciative.  The phone cards have enabled the firm to better "bridge the gap" between the firm and their Hispanic clients.
